INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions“) apply to the purchase of products (“Products”) by customers (“you”) through atelieravoc.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by ATELIER AVOC (“we”), SARL registered office at 70 rue des Panoyaux, 75020, Paris with the company number 792 325 326, without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this Website, and you should review these Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing any Product.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

PRICES, TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
The prices are indicated in Euros including all French taxes (French VAT and all other applicable taxes), and excluding shipping cost. Shipping cost will be specified in the customer's cart, before the final confirmation of the order. 
Prices may be modified at any time, without prior notice. The prices that are applied are the ones figuring on the Website at the time the order is being made.
If you live outside of the European Union, you are entitled to VAT tax exemption. The shipment of the order must be to an address outside of the European Union. Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of the European Union are subject to import taxes and duty fees based on your home country’s regulations. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which We have no control.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders will be confirmed only after payment has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer regarding a previous order.
Accepted payment methods are the following: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and Apple Pay. We use 100% secure payment solutions. All information provided by customers to ATELIER AVOC is rigorously protected ensuring the confidentiality and security of each transaction.
 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. At no time may the sums paid be considered as down payments or deposits. Provision by the customer of his/her bank card number constitutes authorization for ATELIER AVOC to debit his/her account up to the amount of his/her order.


PRE-ORDER PRODUCT POLICY
A Pre-Order Product is a Product that is still in production when ordered and not immediately available (“Pre-Order”). Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the Product is in Pre-Order or not. An estimated delivery window will be specified in the customer's cart before payment. Please note that if you placed an order containing both Available and Pre-Order Products, we will ship these products in separate deliveries. Our Products are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
If you change your mind about the Pre-Order Product within 14 days counting from the date of order, you can cancel the order and get full refund by emailing us at contact@atelieravoc.com. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. After this delay, returns, refunds and exchanges will not be possible for Pre-Order Products.

AVAILABLE PRODUCT POLICY
An Available Product is a Product manufactured and ready for shipping (“Available Product”). For Available Product orders, you have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us at the following address: ATELIER AVOC, 70 rue des Panoyaux, 75020, Paris, France. To return the product, please inform us by email at contact@atelieravoc.com. Returned items must be in their original condition. Returns with damaged items, missing original labels, as well as incomplete orders will not be refunded. The costs of return will not be refunded. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply for Pre-Order Products (see Pre-Order Products Policy section).

SHIPPING POLICY
Our orders are shipped with sign-on-receipt delivery and we currently ship to a limited list of countries.
Shipping cost will be specified in the customer's cart, before the final confirmation of the order. Delivery times are given as an indication. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us at contact@atelieravoc.com.
An estimated delivery window will be specified in the customer's cart for Pre-Order Products. Please note that if you placed an order containing both Available and Pre-Order Products, we will ship these products in separate deliveries.

GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY
ATELIER AVOC has only an obligation of means with regard to all stages of access to the site, from the order process to the dispatch of the parcel or subsequent services. ATELIER AVOC cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, in particular in the event of a disruption of service, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses or any other incident of force majeure, in accordance with legislation and case law.

PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data may be gathered on the Website and used by ATELIER AVOC which acts as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GPDR").
ATELIER AVOC is obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of its customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Customers' personal data (surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address) may be disclosed to ATELIER AVOC service providers and partners, should their involvement be necessary in the processing and management of orders (payment, delivery, return, refund). These service providers and partners can only act on instructions from ATELIER AVOC.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning him/her. To exercise this right the customer must submit a request by email to: contact@atelieravoc.com, stating his/her surname, first name, email address and customer reference. The customer's request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document. In accordance with the GDPR, a response will be provided as soon as possible and at the latest within one month of the request.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of an event of force majeure, the party concerned must inform the other party within 14 days of the occurrence of such an event, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The following are expressly considered to be cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in addition to those usually recognized by the French courts and tribunals, total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other actions of an industrial or commercial nature, civil unrest, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemic, obstruction of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes to forms of trade, computer failure, obstruction of telecommunications, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other event beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal performance of the contractual relationship. All obligations of the parties will be suspended for the duration of the event of force majeure, without compensation. Should the event of force majeure last for more than 3 months, the contract may be terminated as of right without compensation for either party.

APPLICABLE LAW
The atelieravoc.com website is run by a company under French law. The applicable law of our contractual relations is French law. In the event of a dispute, French jurisdiction shall be competent.
